Very satisfying, even if you're vegan!
I got the vegan griller on sourdough & my sis got cheddar & tomato on gluten free bread-so good! I also had the Castillo (?) porter, which was delicious! Very cool pinball machines there also! I had to play the Led Zeppelin & Rush ones!

My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel and just happened upon Sarbez. Cant say enough about this place. Their grilled cheese menu is extensive and food was great! Staff was so nice! The decor is very unique! We are in our 50s and had a wonderful time playing pinball in the arcade! This is definitely my new favorite place in St. Augustine! A must see! A hidden gem!
Grilled cheese, cold beer, arcade games
One of our favorite places in St. A. Not as crowded as so many of the restaurants in the historic area or beachside, but close to both places. Lots of options for grilled cheese, but not much else on the menu. Hot dogs. My favorite is the caprese, my husband likes the New Sandwich. You can order one of they named sandwiches or design your own. The arcade games are a plus. The place is a little rough around the edges, on purpose I think, but cheerful, fun, good food, reasonable prices.
Best grilled cheese i’ve ever had
The arcade is amazing I had fun playing pinball and many others games but the food is simply amazing. The “This is Why I’m Hot” is the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had I added Italian sausage as a protein and it was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and helpful and this is a must return many times.

The gluten free grilled cheese was amazing! I got some unusual toppings for a grilled cheese on the recommendation of someone that had eaten there previously and loved it! I wish this was a chain so that we could get they sandwiches back home! I would definitely come here anytime I’m in the area!
